电力电缆
本产品适用于额定电压0.6/1KV及以下的电力线路中作输送电能用。五芯电缆是为适应配电系统的发展和安全性需要,将低压配电系统工程中的中性线和零线分开,使系统更稳定、更安全。适宜敷设在宾馆、车站、机场、高层建筑、化工、石油平台、电站、地铁、隧道等固定敷设场所。

使用特性
电缆的额定电压U0/U为0.6/1KV
PVC绝缘电缆长期允许工作温度不超过70℃

单芯电缆导电线芯为圆形,16mm2及以上者可以紧压。多芯电缆线芯截面为35mm2及以下者,其线芯应为圆形,线芯截面在50mm2及以上者为扇形、瓦形或半圆形。四芯电缆中第4芯(中性线芯)可为圆形或扇形。五芯电缆中性线可为圆形或瓦型6mm2及以下者允许由单根导体构成,10mm2及以上者由多根单线组成。成型导体(扇形、瓦形或半圆形)应当紧压。

交货长度
电缆的交货长度应不小于100m,计量误差应不大于±0.5%.允许以长度不小于20米的短段电缆交货,其数量应不超过交货总长的10%.
根据双方协议,允许以任何长度的电缆交货.
包装标志及运输
电缆应妥善包装在电缆盘上交货,电缆伸出的长度应不小于300mm,端头上应用电缆封套可靠密封。
每个电缆包装上应附有产品质量证明单,证明单放在不透水的袋内,并固定在电缆盘侧。

运输和保管
线盘不允许平放
运输中严禁从高处仍下装有电缆的电缆盘,严禁机械损失电缆。
吊装包装件时严禁几盘同时起吊。在车辆、船舶等运输工具上,电缆盘必须放稳,并用合适的方法固定,防止互撞或翻倒。
